Say goodbye to the days of dirtying every pot and pan in your kitchen. Sheet pan kielbasa and potatoes is a mouth-watering dish that uses one pan. Kielbasa and potatoes combine savory kielbasa, tender potatoes, and flavorful seasonings. Just toss the ingredients on a sheet pan and let the oven do the rest.
What Ingredients Are In Sheet Pan Kielbasa And Potatoes:
- 1 Pound Kielbasa – I used Hillshire Farms Polska Kielbasa in this recipe, but you can use any type of kielbasa or smoked sausage you would like. Turkey smoked sausage could also be used to lighten up the recipe.
- 3 Pounds Baby Potatoes – I use baby yellow potatoes most of the time. I like them because they are lower in starch and the right size to cut in half for the kielbasa and potatoes recipe. The bag I buy has already been triple-washed, which is a big plus for me. You could also use baby red potatoes.
- 1 Onion – The onion adds extra flavor and I love onions in almost everything.
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil – The olive oil helps crisp up the potatoes, adds flavor and also has health benefits.
- Salt, Pepper, And Garlic Powder – These spices can be adjusted to your families liking. We use a lot of garlic powder and sometimes I toss in a bit of paprika.
How To Make Sheet Pan Kielbasa And Potatoes:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Wash your baby potatoes if they are not already pre-washed.
- Cut the baby potatoes in half and place on a parchment paper lined large sheet pan.
- Cut the onion into large chunks.
- Toss the chopped onion, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder with the halved baby potatoes.
- Spread the potatoes out evenly in the baking sheet and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
- While the potatoes are baking, slice the kielbasa into 1/3-1/2 inch slices.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and give them a good stir. Spread the sliced kielbasa among the potatoes.
- Place back in the oven for an additional 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy!
Variations:
- Smoked sausage can be used in place of the kielbasa for an easy sheet pan sausage and potatoes.
- You can use turkey sausage for a lightened-up sheet pan meal.
- You can use larger potatoes; cut them into 1” cubes for even cooking.

- Refrigerator – Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
- Freezer – Store in an airtight container for up to four months.
