- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 6 ounces Prosecco
Instructions
- Using two champagne glasses, pour two ounces of pineapple juice into each glass
- Pour one ounce of coconut rum into each glass.
- Top each glass with three ounces of Prosecco.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge if desired.
Notes
- Champagne can be used in place of the Prosecco.
