- 6 ounces Prosecco

Instructions
- (Optional step to add visual appeal and a touch of sweetness) – Dip the rim of the flute glasses into water. Then, dip the wet rims into brown sugar to coat the rim with the sugar.
- Pour 3 ounces of apple cider into each glass, taking care not to pour onto the sugar-coated rim.
- Next, carefully pour the 3 ounces of Prosecco into each glass.
- If desired, take an apple and half it, and then cut it into thin slices for garnish.
- Enjoy your apple cider mimosa!
Notes
- Champagne can be substituted for the Prosecco.
