Sheet pan sausage and vegetables are lighted up with turkey sausage for this easy cleanup dinner.
I LOVE meals that are easy to make and even easier to clean up. That’s where sheet pan and one-pot meals come in for the win. This sheet pan sausage and vegetables recipe checks all the boxes.
Ingredients For Sheet Pan Sausage And Vegetables
- Sausage – I use turkey kielbasa smoked sausage, but any type of turkey smoked sausage can be used. If desired, the turkey sausage can be swapped out for regular smoked sausage.
- Vegetables – I use broccoli, zucchini, onions, and bell peppers. Any type of vegetable can be used, but they need to have similar cooking times. This will prevent some vegetables from getting overdone while some are not ready.
- Olive Oil – Not only does olive oil make the vegetables taste better, but olive oil also has health benefits. Win win
- Spices – Spices add so much flavor. I use garlic powder, salt, and pepper, but this can be easily customized for your taste.
