How To Make Spicy Barbecue Sauce Recipe At Home
So this recipe is so simple.
Crazy simple.
First, you will need a medium saucepan.
Next, add the tomato sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, cayenne, black pepper, paprika, and liquid smoke to the saucepan.
Then stir well and bring the mixture to a low boil and simmer on low heat for thirty minutes.

Once the spice BBQ sauce is cool, store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

Homemade Spicy BBQ Sauce
Easy homemade spicy bbq sauce is waiting! Perfect for ribs, pulled pork, chicken, wings and just about any type of meat. This recipe is made with brown sugar and other spices to give the perfect amount of heat.
Ingredients
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp hickory liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a medium size sauce pan.
- Bring to a slow boil on medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for thirty minutes.
- Cool and store in airtight jar or container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
